Red Plaid // December Design Series No. 2
I’ve been wanting to play with pattern design more for a while now so what’s perfect other than a red plaid for the late-fall/early-winter season. I’m wishing I had this as a blanket scarf right now to keep me cozy.
Oranges
I made this simple pattern today. I was inspired by the leaf shape and really wanted to combine this color palette so I decided to make it a citrus theme. I know that citrus themes are usually seen at the beginning of summer, but I always get an orange for Christmas so they might be one of those fruits that are around all the time? Anyway, after I made this, I started dreaming of it as a tea towel for my kitchen. Maybe one day!
Chevron // Pattern Design
Here’s the third and final pattern in this series. I’m super happy with how all of them turned out and I can wait to get them printed!
Arrows // Pattern Design
Here’s the second pattern I made in this little three part series. I’m hoping to make these into greeting cards & envelope liners when I’m done with all three patterns to give to one of the best people I know for her birthday.
Feathers // Pattern Design
I wanted to try my hand at making a super simple repeatable pattern. I love how this one turned out.
